Team Administrators on FA Fulltime Rule 21

So that the Teams from U11 up can add the required match stats to FA Fulltime you need to set people up in your Club Portal with the appropriate roles. These are:

  • Team Manager, the person running the team;  or
  • Team Coach, the person assisting the Team Manager;  or
  • Team Secretary, not involved in coaching but helps with admin tasks.

These people must have a valid email address and mobile phone number on their FA Record.

The same person does not need all these roles, one role will do the job.

Once these people are set up in your club portal you need to check that they are listed in FA Fulltime correctly;

Log in to FA Fulltime, go to People and Primary Contacts. Choose one person for the team who is to receive the emails about fixtures, referee appointments etc.

One of these people will also need to receive the SMS results message. Please get in touch with your Age Group Secretaries to check who this is. You may wish to delegate this task.

Player Registration Rule 18

Players MUST be entered onto your club portal and allocated to a team.  The club must have parental consent and must have checked ID. All Clubs MUST have a player registration process / system in place in addition to their Club Portal.

Players can only play for one team in an age group in U11s and above. Players can be dual registered for a club. Players can also be dual registered for another team as long as they are registered to play in a different age group. Rule regarding playing up can be found in the League Rules.

In mini teams (U7-U10) they can be registered for more than one. League rule states that on match day a player can only play for one team on any given match day i.e. if a club has 2 teams called Eagles and Hawks then the player can only play for Eagles on match day 1.  For the following match day (match day 2) the same player could play for the Hawks (but only play for the Hawks)

Fixtures Rule 20

All fixtures are set by the League and are on the FA Full-time system.

Mini League fixtures and cup competition information can be found on the league website here: https://www.tdyl.co.uk

All set fixtures must be played on the date set. Changing kick off times due to pitch clashes or any other valid reason must be notified and agreed with the league age group secretary.

For match day postponements there are procedures to follow regarding postponing a game.

1.       The team wishing to postpone the game MUST contact the Age Group Secretary (AGS)

2.       Once agreed with the AGS, the Manager MUST complete the Match Day Postponement Form located on the league website here: https://www.tdyl.co.uk/match-postponement/

3.       Complete and submit the match postponement form

Communication with Clubs Rule 7

The league Age Group Secretaries are happy to discuss matters relating to fixtures with Team Managers.

All other communication with the league MUST be completed by the Club Secretary e.g. Player Registration, Breaches of Rules, Complaints etc
